Zipline Games Contributor Agreement

As the Moai SDK is an open source project, we ask people contributing their work send Zipline a contributor agreement form by fax or email.  This protects Zipline Games and the Moai SDK project by maintaining a consistent legal status for Moai SDK code. We use the same approach and agreement to that used by Canonical for the Ubuntu operating system. In the agreement, the contributor assigns copyright to Zipline, and Zipline simultaneously grants the contributor a very broad license back, so that the contributor retains full rights to re-use, distribute, and continue modifying the contributed code. If you have questions about contributor agreements, we refer you to the excellent Canonical FAQ on the topic. The contributor agreement is two pages long and is easy for non-lawyers to understand.

If you would like to contribute to Moai SDK, please do the following.

1. Download the Zipline Games Contributor Agreement 1.0

2. Print the agreement, complete your full name, email, mailing address and today's date and sign it.

3. Fax the entire completed agreement to +1 206 299 4112 or email a scanned copy to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please note we cannot accept the signature page only.

4. A Moai developer will contact you with instructions on how to submit your code.
