With some of the community stuff being moved from core I have put together a quick site to help point newcomers to some valuable resources that I hope to improve over time:

It includes links to the community branch, latest api docs, live/editable user docs, sample browser, moaifiddle and the forums.

Eventually I would like to host windows/linux binary sdk downloads, and a simple zerobrane IDE extension to help with moai projects.

Great work! There is lot of activity on engine (like Patrik's gfx refactoring); it's awesome to also see the progress on user-facing side of things. Will this page become official homepage, or at least be prominently featured on

halfnelson: you want to move the content over to moaiforge somehow, too? Maybe export each snippet to a Wiki, or something .. (I am debating whether to keep the domain renewed this month..)
IRC: torpor on FreeNode, see you in the #moai channel
Got a MOAI snippet? Please consider adding it to

This is just an amazing place for people to start developing with MOAI, or in my case switch to. Veterans and newcomers alike should definitely check it out!

Thanks for all the awesome work setting this up!
