Tapjoy help

So I've never implemented ads before and am new to the whole process. After some searching, I'm still not really sure how to use Tapjob, or what I can gain from it. Could someone please lay out the basics for me? Also, some example code would be nice - the stuff in the samples folder doesn't really do anything for me.

I guess what I need to know now are which parts are supported by moai, and some example code on how to use them.

Looking into the moai src, I see two things:
tapjoy.lua in src\lua-modules\moai
and
MOAITapjoyAndroid in src\moaiext-android

tapjoy.lua appears to get ads via http calls. I see that MoaiWebview isn't supported on Android, but it seems that banner ads might work. My question here is, is this up to date? Can I use this lua module to get banner ads on Android?

MOAITapjoyAndroid is apparently a JNI implementation of the Java/Android Tapjoy classes. I see that all thats implemented is 'video ads', via the init and showOfferes functions. My questions here are, how well does this work? Does the video ad provide a good source of revenue? Does the user have to watch the whole video for it to count? Has anyone else out there added implementation of other ad types on their own, that I can use?

EDIT: Also, do I need a virtual currency setup to be able to use these video ads?

So I've made some minor changes to tapjoy.lua to get it working, but the callback from getBannerAdProp isn't returning anything. In createPropFromBannerCallback, task:getString() returns an empty table. The http response code is 200 ('OK'), and no errors are being raised. Any ideas why this isn't working?

Turns out I just had to setup virtual currency and add my phone as a test device, both on the Tapjoy dashboard. Now its working very nicely.

Any body has a good implementation of Tapjoy? The current implementation shows the "offerwall" but... nothing more!
