Some new text clipping

I have an older code base that I've updated to the community release of 1.7.5, and generally things are working well.
I do have an issue of some text being clipped.
I have a system for adding shadows to text which basically creates two copies of the text and offsets one.
These seem to be the ones effected by this issue. It looks like the shadow copy is rendering correctly, but the main text layer is being clipped. Is there some changes in the rending that I need to take into account?
Has anyone dealt with any similar issues?

Hi!

I had the same issue, but I just solved it removing the second layer or reducing the text size.

It's a big problem and I don't like my Workaround.

Yeah looks like I'm going to have to remove that effect from the game, which is unfortuante.
Good to know it's not just me

Can you post an example?

Check that your bounding rectangle is large enough...
